Hi, I’m Crystal, owner of Once Upon a Maid.

For me, cleaning services have a deeper meaning than simply making a home look nice.

Growing up, I didn’t always have the clean and organized home I wished for. As I got older, I realized just how much our surroundings can affect the way we feel. There’s something special about walking into a home that feels fresh, comfortable, peaceful, and cared for. That experience became part of my “why.”

I created Once Upon a Maid to give other families that feeling—the relief of coming home after a long day and knowing one more thing has been taken off their plate through our dependable cleaning.

I know life gets busy. Between work, children, pets, appointments, and everything else life brings, keeping up with home cleaning can quickly become overwhelming. That’s where we come in.

My goal is to provide dependable, thoughtful cleaning with attention to the little details that make a house truly feel like home. Because everyone deserves to come home to a space that feels a little more peaceful—and maybe even a little magical.
